Refund policy

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personalised products, digital items once downloaded, intimate/hygiene items, and sale items. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
